Using Contribute, navigate to the page that you would have documents linked from and Press "Edit Page".
Type the text you want linked and then highlight it.
Press the "Link" button and select "File on My Computer" form the drop down list that appears.
In the dialog box that appears, select the "Browse" button.
Navigate to the document you want to link to on your computer and select it.
Verify that the text you want linked is in the "Link text:" field, and that the file you want to link to is in the "File to link to:" field. Then Press the "OK" button in the lower right hand of this screen.
Notice now the text has become underlined. This signifies that the text is now linked to the document.
Press the "Publish" Button. Contribute will send the web page along with all necessary files to your web site.
Mouse over your new link and check that your link is valid. You can see the url of your document in the lower left hand part of the screen.
