Premiere Elements 3 has tutorials built into the Help section. Following are the directions to access the tutorials.

1. In the Faculty Resource Center on your campus, open Premiere Elements on the encoding station.
   
   
2. Under "Help" on the menu, select "Premiere Elements Help..." .
   
   
   
3. Click on the expansion arrow to the left of "Tutorials" to view the list of topics.
   
   
   
4. Select a tutorial.
