Solution 2: To create a direct link to the streaming file use the RAMGEN option. Contact the Streaming Server Administrator for assistance.
RealMedia Editor 11
There have been reports while trying to edit Real Media modem files with RealMedia Editor the audio sound like garbage.
With the help of Real Support, we have isolated the issue to the RealAudio 4.0 codec, which is extremely old. When using the 56K Dialup default template in Real Producer 11, with Voice mode selected, the default codec is RealAudio 4.0.
Work Around: When using the 56K Dialup template, use Music mode. Music mode uses the RealAudio G2 codec.
