1. Visit RealPlayer’s Free Download web site to get the 10.5 version of RealPlayer.  On the download page, select the player for your operating system.
   NOTE: Problems have been reported with the streaming of ACC Real Media files with the latest version of RealPlayer (v. 11).

2. Click the “Start RealPlayer Download” button on the RealDownload Express web site.  Follow the download instructions listed on the web site.

3. The Download Manager windows will appear and automatically downloads RealPlayer.

4. The RealPlayer Setup windows will appear asking you to review the End User License Agreement.  Click Accept.
   
   Note: If you do not accept the agreement and cancel the installation, RealPlayer will not install on the computer and will not be able to play Real Media files.

5. The Select Program Location and Desktop Settings window appears.  For the install location use the default setting.  For the Desktop Settings uncheck “Add a desktop shortcut for free Games and Music from Real.”  Click Next.

6. RealPlayer begins to install.

7. The Universal Media Player window appears.  Choose “Select Media Types for RealPlayer from a list.”  Click Next.

8. The Media Types window appears.  Click Deselect All.  Scroll through the media types listed until you see “RealAudio and RealVideo.”  Select all items under the RealAudio and RealVideo category.  Nothing else should be checked.  Click Finish.

9. The Google Toolbar and Desktop Search window appears.  Uncheck “Include the Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer.”  Click Continue.
   
   Note: You may install the Google toolbar and desktop search, however, ACC does not provide support for these utilities.

10. The Sign In window appears.  If this is the first time you are installing RealPlayer, choose “click here” to register RealPlayer.  Complete the product registration form then click Create.  Go To Step 12.
    
    If you have previously installed and registered RealPlayer then enter the email address and password associated with the product.  Click Sign In.

11. The Confirm Your Settings window appears.  Review your settings and click Confirm.

12. The Choose Your RealPlayer Setup window appears.  Select “Basic Setup” from the list and click Continue.

13. RealPlayer is now installed.
