Flash Streaming Media Request
Just created a streaming media file and is ready to be used in Blackboard or on your web site?
- Ensure that a quality assurance check is completed on the file being uploaded. If necessary, use the Adobe® FLVCheck tool to inspect the FLV file and to obtain information about the composition of the file. Note that the FLVCheck tool does not correct the FLV data if it is corrupted. If an error is found, you will need to re-encode the file to get the best quality. For more information, see Checking video files at the Adobe Live Docs site.
- Ensure the file being uploaded follows the publishing and naming requirements.
- Ensure that you have the necessary information to complete the request form and Copyright permisions.
Then upload videos files to the Streaming Server FTP and complete the Streaming Media Request form.
