11. What problems or limitations, if any, have you encountered with these current practices?
  • Coordinating web pages, BB, streaming video.
  • want seamless integration of technologies (ex. Blackboard and Wimba) to minimize student stress over mastering technology and maximize focus on content and learning
  • Limited flexibility. High Duplication cost.
  • When new versions of apps come out. apps are implemented but updates/changes not discussed-
  • Offsite limitations-especially availability of equipment.
  • consistent discussion board participation
  • We need to have a computer cart in each classroom. Going to the library to pick up a cart takes up time in between classes and that is time of use for students who come in early and enjoy hearing music, political war songs other types of social commentary songs.
Comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback.
  • Thank you
  • Organized, great lunch, valuable information
  • Thanks but would prefer more sessions oriented toward teaching and learning with technology than features of a specific technology
  • Good variety of topics to choose from-Enjoyed the day-
  • Good food, good presentations, good folks
  • Great useable info have
  • add'l online topics avail for use online for training for instructors who are unable to go to these seminars due to schedule and work conflicts
  • I enjoyed the digital sessions and the progression (from session to session) from simple or more basic concepts to more complex concepts and techniques.
  • Thanks for the help-Perhaps a smaller "symposium each semester would be helpful to give more opportunities to attend
  • Provide drinks and snacks all day.
