Reports and Results from IDS Evaluations, Surveys and Questionnaires

chartIDS is committed to evaluating services and gathering information about the assistance we provided to help us better serve future clients. Our evaluations collect feedback at multiple levels of interaction from clients or primary users, peers inside and outside of the department, and supervisors.

Department objectives:

  • IDS will determine future client needs to provide appropriate services based on the changing demands of instructional programs and college functions.
  • IDS will provide services and products that meet client expectations of staff knowledge, professionalism, project communication, timeliness of service, and quality of work.

Below you will find the summary of results for general evaluations, surveys and questionnaires we have conducted towards the goal of meeting the department objectives in our Service Qualtiy Plan (see complete report). We also evaluate staff though the college's PEP process, self-evaluations, upward/supervisor evaluations, and peer evaluations, though that information is private and therefore not listed here.
