Create webpages to share information with students
Faculty can create web documents to provide online information about courses and other information for prospective students and current students.
We recommend the use of the following for learning via the Internet:
Blackboard can be used to add course content and provide a web-portal for learning activities.
Softchalk is a powerful web lesson editor that lets you easily create engaging, interactive web lessons for your e-learning classroom.
Google Sites are an easy way to create a website by yourself or choose to collaborate with others on the creation and content of the pages. Then, you can decide on the level of sharing you would like to permit. You can determine who the owners are, whom you would like to give permission to edit and revise the site, and whom you would like to give permission to view the site. You can limit viewing your site to a small, private group or you can choose to publish it so that it is accessible to anyone in the world.
