Available to check out from Media Centers
Complete an Equipment Reservation Form to request media equipment.
NOTE: Users of the form must be an ACC employee and must login into their ACC mail (Gmail).
The Faculty & Instructional Support Specialist reviews the objectives in detail (particular with respects to special events) to ensure that the best possible equipment is provided and that all potential needs are anticipated.
Audio/Visual equipment for use in the classrooms:
- Remote Advancers. Wireless advancers for PowerPoint presentations.
- Portable screens
- Portable PA’s (mic and speakers)
- Document Cameras
- Video cameras, photo cameras, and tripods
- Card readers
- Thumb drives & adaptors
- Portable stereos
- Digital voice recorder
Student Response Systems (SRS):
Each Media Center has a set of Classroom Performance System (CPS). These devices allow instructors to ask students questions and have them respond via individual response pads. The responses are gathered by a receiver attached to the computer and displayed with graphs through the video projector. The systems can be used for general polling, knowledge checks and assessment.
Laptops for on campus use only. Due to insurance liability issues, these laptops are not available for off-campus use.

Faculty may reserve equipment in person using the Equipment Reservation Form--available at the media centers, or online request.
Note: Completing the form does not guarantee a reservation, since there is as limited availability of gear. None of the check out equipment is available for off campus activities, hotel conferences, etc. Contact us for exceptions.
