Classroom Technology Equipment
The
Media Center on each campus provides equipment for use in classroom
instruction. Some equipment is permanently available in classrooms
while other equipment must be requested and picked up at the Media
Center. Students who need equipment for a classroom presentation must
have their instructor reserve the equipment.
Faculty may reserve equipment online or in person using the equipment reservation form.
If you need to know where the Media Center is located or the hours, visit the Locations & Hours page.
Please contact your campus Media Center if any equipment is missing or not functioning correctly.
Every classroom at ACC has an assigned overhead projector that remains in the classroom.
Most
classrooms have a mounted TV and VCR. Classrooms without a mounted set
up can reserve a TV and VCR on roll around carts. These carts are
located in equipment closets located in various buildings on each
campus. Keys are checked out from the Media Center.
SAC and CYP: Classrooms at the South Austin and Cypress campuses have installed video projectors on the ceiling, and vcr's in a dedicated console.
