Replacement of Faculty and Staff Computers: ALL COMPUTER REPLACEMENTS ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD. DO NOT SUBMIT A REPLACEMENT FORM. If you need immediate technical assistance please submit a service desk request: https://mojo.austincc.edu/mytickets/create#/ticket-form/27793
As of 09/01/15, all computers are on a 5 year replacement schedule.
Faculty and staff members must follow these procedures and submit the appropriate forms to request new equipment or replace laptop and desktop computers.
Note: If you are a teaching faculty, you can request to replace your desktop with a laptop computer.
Meetings are held 1:00 - 3:00 pm at HBC Rm. 214
