Informing Students and the Testing Centers of a Secure Exam's Availability

When making secure exams available within the Testing Centers, it is very important to inform students how they can access a test and provide them with information on how they will need to take a secure, computer based exam.

In addition to informing students of an exam's availability, an instructor also needs to inform the Testing Centers when an exam becomes available as well as follow the Testing Centers' processes and procedures for administering assessments.

This transmittal form enables you to notify each Testing Center simultaneously that you intend to make a secure computer based exam available.

The ACC Testing Centers which have computers for secure computer based testing are:

• EVC
• NRG
• PIN
• RGC
• RVS
• SAC

A secure assessment will only be available to a student during the date and time period that has been specified by the instructor, if applicable. If a student attempts to access an exam before or after this date, they will be unable to take the test..
