Printing Tests

Instructors can print Blackboard tests using the Respondus Authoring Tool. To print tests, do the following:

1. Open the Respondus Authoring Tool.
2. Import the test question file you would like to print.
3. Select Preview and Publish.
4. Select Print Options.
5. Select format (Exam only with no answer key displayed is the default).
6. Check the options you want for your exam.
7. Select Randomize Question order if you would like to change the order of the questions. You also have the option of selecting Random Block From and To if there is a block or group of questions you want to randomize for the test.
8. Select Print Preview to see what the printed file version will look like or you can Save to a File or Print to a printer.
